Lindores Personnel is seeking experienced Crane Operators and Riggers in the Bowen Basin region. Opportunities are casual but may lead to permanent placements for the right person. Roles involve rigging, crane operation, and strict adherence to safety protocols on mining sites.

Ideal candidates hold a High Risk Licence, CBM and Standard 11, with at least 12 months of relevant experience. White Card and reliable transport are required, with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold High Risk Work Licence (RB/RI/RA or CO as applicable).
• Current CBM and Standard 11.
• Crane Operators require minimum 12 months experience; mining experience preferred.
• Riggers require minimum 12 months rigging experience; mining or structural steel preferred.
• Construction White Card is required.
• Strong understanding of safe lifting practices.

Responsibilities

• Rigging operations for crane lifts.
• Operating cranes safely and efficiently (for licensed operators).

We are looking for experienced Crane Operators and Riggers in the Bowen Basin region. All employment opportunities are casual but can lead to permanent placements for the right person.

Key responsibilities

• Rigging operations for crane lifts
• Operating cranes safely and efficiently (for licensed operators)
• Directing crane movements using correct signals and communication
• Securing and moving loads safely on site
• Ensuring all lifts are carried out in accordance with site safety requirements
• Working closely with site supervisors and other trades

About you

• Relevant High Risk Work Licence (RB/RI/RA or CO as applicable)
• Current CBM and Standard 11
• Crane Operators - Minimum 12 months relevant operating experience is essential. Experience operating Open Cranes is highly regarded. Previous mining industry experience is preferred.
• Riggers - Minimum 12 months relevant rigging experience is essential. Previous experience in the mining industry or structural steel is preferred.
• Construction White Card
• Strong understanding of safe lifting practices
