Job summary

Bellevarde Constructions is seeking an Experienced Crane Operator / Labourer for residential projects in Sydney. You will operate cranes with millimetre precision on luxury homes and may rotate to different crane types across sites.

You will also support on-site building tasks when cranes are not in operation, require strong English, a valid licence, white card and reliable transport. Travel to projects within Sydney is expected.

Qualifications

• Current CT, DG and RI licences are required.
• Strong work ethic and precision in crane operation.
• Willingness to perform manual labour on site when cranes are idle.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Able to work in a team and independently with tasks completed.
• Available on-site Monday to Saturday.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
• White card is required.

Experienced Crane Operator / Labourer - Residential Projects

We are seeking experienced Crane Operators on either a contract or permanent basis.

In this role you may be assigned to work on projects in Sydney’s northern beaches, lower north shore or eastern suburbs. You will be working solely on luxury residential houses, many with tight access spaces, so ability to operate cranes with millimetre precision will be essential.

You may be operating different cranes at different sites, from time to time, so experience and exposure to various cranes would be seen as beneficial.

There is also a need to be hands on on-site, and support the team with building tasks when the crane is not in operation.

CORE SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Current CT, DG and RI lincence
• A strong work ethic and a passion for the trade
• Excellent attention to detail, and precision in operating
• Physical ability and willingness to perform manual labour on site, at times where there is no CT requirements
• High degree of English proficiency
• Works well both in a team and independently, always seeing tasks through to completion
• to be available while site is open Monday to Saturday
• Their own vehicle and valid driver's licence
