Job summary

Bellevarde Constructions in Sydney is seeking qualified carpenters to work on prestigious projects on the northern beaches and eastern suburbs. An immediate start is available and we offer permanent full-time positions on high-end residential builds valued at $5-30 Million.

Pty Ltd contracting can also be arranged if preferred. You will contribute to finishing carpentry, work with doors, locks, windows, and assist in coordinating with sub-trades to ensure top quality.

Qualifications

• Trade certification and White Card are required.
• Experience in luxury residential construction highly regarded.
• Own tools are advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out finishing carpentry on high-end residential builds.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with sub-trades to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on site.
• Assist in problem solving and construction sequences.

THE ROLE

We are seeking qualified carpenters to work on prestigious projects in Sydney's northern beaches and eastern suburbs.

An immediate start is available and we can offer permanent full-time positions, working on high-end residential builds with values of $5-30 Million. Pty Ltd contracting can also be arranged if preferred.

Candidate attributes and experience

Strong communication skills, diligent and well presented

Excellent attention to detail, quality and finish

Ability to maintaina safe and clean work environment

Enthusiastic,positive attitude, and willingness to learn and teach

Work well both in a team and independently, always seeing tasks through to completion

Experience or understanding of construction detail resolution

Experience in architect designed residential construction preferred

Experience in finishing carpentry is essential

Experience in doors, locks, windows, metalworksand finishing trades

Good knowledge of basic plumbing, mechanical and electrical services

Understanding of construction sequences and set out

Ability to think through issues and resolve problems

Ability to communicate instructions to other team members or sub-trades

Strong track record of similar project experience and delivery
