Job summary

Programmed GO in Wollert, VIC is seeking an experienced counterbalance forklift driver for immediate start in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution setting.

You will operate an Linde 8t Dual Tyne forklift, handle up to 8 tonne capacity, and join a shift from 5am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of 47.74 AUD per hour including casual loading. A valid LF licence and 3+ years of counterbalance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LF forklift licence with at least 3 years experience driving counterbalance forklifts.
• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Must have full work rights long-term.
• Available 5am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday.
• Experience operating forklifts up to 8 tonnes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working in a high paced loading yard with 7 other forklift drivers.
• Operating Linde 8t Dual Tyne forklift (picking up 2-4 packs at a time).
• Must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• 75% Forklift driving, 20% Housekeeping, 5% on going safety training.
• Must be willing to enforce safety compliance with truck drivers.
• Manual handling and lifting up to 25kg.
• Pay rate of $47.74 per hour (including casual loading).

Experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver in Wollert!

• Located in Wollert VIC (Northern Suburbs)
• Day shift 5am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)
• Pay rate of $47.74ph (Including casual loading)

Programmed are seeking an experienced counterbalance forklift driver for an immediate commencement to join our client in Wollert who specialize in the manufacturing and distribution of Bricks.

The successful applicant must have at least 3 years experience driving counterbalance forklifts, and must be available Monday - Friday long-term for day shift 5am - 3:30pm.

Position requirements:

• Must have a current Valid LF forklift licence with at least 3 years experience driving counterbalance forklifts
• Must be comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Must have full work rights long-term
• Must be available to work 5am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
• Experience operating forklifts up to 8 tonne is preferred
• Adequate skill in keeping organized to ensure supplies are replaced when running low.
• Sound problem-solving skills.
• Adequate skill in prioritizing tasks.
• Must be comfortable working in Dusty conditions
• Sound ability to perform housekeeping and routine cleaning of working area.
• Ability to lift 20kg-30kg.
• Must pass a medical assessment Prior to commencement
