Job summary

RG McGees Richmond is seeking a skilled Cook to join a fast-paced, energetic kitchen led by a dedicated Head Chef and team who treat each other like family.

We require 2–3 years in a professional kitchen, a flexible attitude, and qualifications or trade experience equivalent; you will work a 5-day roster across a 7-day operation, about 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a professional kitchen
• Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation
• Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
• Ability to manage your own sections and deliver high-quality food
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Food hygiene compliance knowledge and practices
• Availability for rotating roster Mon to Sun
• Completed trade qualifications
