Job summary

RG McGees Richmond is seeking an experienced Chef to join our energetic kitchen team. You will work in a busy commercial kitchen across diverse cuisines, delivering quality, modern dishes in a fast-paced environment.

You should have at least 3 years in a professional kitchen, trade qualifications to Cert IV, ability to manage your own sections, strong communication, and commitment to food hygiene. Approx. 38 hours per week with a 5-day roster over seven days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a professional environment.
• Completed Trade Qualifications to min Cert IV.
• Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices.
