Job summary

Protech Cairns is seeking experienced Civil Labourers for ongoing civil construction projects based at Wangetti Beach, 40km north of Cairns and 25km south of Port Douglas. Immediate start and casual ongoing work with pay from $40.00 per hour, plus overtime and penalty rates.

Essential qualifications include a Construction White Card, a current Driver’s Licence, and a reliable vehicle with daily travel to the Wangetti Beach site.

Qualifications

• Previous civil labouring experience preferred.
• Civil construction tickets such as Excavator, Skid Steer, Roller or similar highly regarded.
• Construction White Card and a valid driver’s licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with road, drainage, and civil construction works.
• Manual handling and use of hand and power tools.
• Working safely around machinery, plant, and site personnel.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
• Following all site safety procedures and directions.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Tickets & Experience Required
