Job summary

Riché Richmond is seeking a passionate full-time barista to join our bustling café team. You will craft high-quality coffee, text milk with care, and contribute to a lively, customer-focused environment in a well-established Richmond venue.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of hands-on barista experience, enjoy a fast-paced setting, and pride themselves on latte art and excellent customer service. Weekday and weekend shifts are required in a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on barista experience (Australian café experience preferred).
• Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume café.
• Consistent coffee quality with latte art skills.
• Positive attitude and teamwork in hospitality.
• Friendly, reliable communication with customers.

We’re on the hunt for a passionate, skilled and energetic barista to join the Riché crew full-time.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on barista experience (Australian café experience preferred)
• Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume café
• Consistent coffee quality, great milk texturing and latte art skills
• Positive attitude, great teamwork and genuine passion for hospitality
• Friendly, reliable and confident communicating with customers
• Must be available 5 days a week — 3 weekdays + both Saturday & Sunday
