Job summary

TJM Geelong is hiring an experienced 4WD Accessory Fitter to join our team. You’ll work on a range of projects from bullbars and winches to touring setups, helping customers build their dream 4WDs for touring, towing, work and adventure.

Bring 1–2+ years of experience fitting 4WD accessories, a solid understanding of aftermarket parts, and a pride in high-quality workmanship. This on-site role values initiative, teamwork, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Geelong shop.

Qualifications

• Experience fitting 4WD accessories, ideally 1–2+ years.
• Knowledge of 4WD vehicles and aftermarket parts.
• Pride in quality workmanship and first-time-right results.
• Reliable, team player who can work independently.
• Initiative, problem-solving, and ongoing skill development.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive manual vehicles.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.

From suspension upgrades to complete touring setups, you'll get involved in a great variety of projects.

What You'll Be Working On

• Bullbars, winches and recovery equipment.
• Suspension upgrades and lift kits.
• Snorkels, roof racks, trays and canopies.
• Dual-battery systems and electrical accessories.
• Touring and towing setups.
• A wide range of 4WD accessories and custom fit-outs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience fitting 4WD accessories — ideally 1–2 years or more.
• Someone who knows their way around a 4WD and aftermarket accessories.
• Pride in quality workmanship and getting the job done right the first time.
• A reliable, switched-on team player who can also work independently.
• Someone who takes initiative, solves problems and wants to keep developing their skills.
• Current driver's licence and ability to drive manual vehicles
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
