Job summary

PitFit Training Rozelle is seeking 1–2 Accredited Exercise Physiologists to join our multidisciplinary team. Deliver high-quality exercise physiology consultations, manage patients referred by local practitioners, and develop individualised programs to achieve client outcomes.

We offer a 70/30 revenue-share contractor model, referrals from established networks, and access to a fully equipped facility with support from experienced coaches.

Qualifications

• Hold current accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist.
• Be eligible for provider registration where required.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be confident working independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Be organised, professional and committed to delivering outstanding client care.
• Have a genuine passion for health, strength and exercise.

• Contribute to the continued growth of our Exercise Physiology service.
• Optional coaching: lead small-group training sessions for additional income.

PitFit Rozelle is seeking 1–2 Accredited Exercise Physiologists to become part of our multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to build your own clinical caseload within an established facility that combines evidence-based exercise, strength training and allied health. You'll be supported by an experienced coaching team while working closely with local medical practitioners and other health professionals. Unlike traditional contractor roles where you're simply renting a room, our model is built around collaboration, referrals and long-term growth. What You'll Be Doing:

• As one of our dedicated Exercise Physiologists, you will: Deliver high-quality exercise physiology consultations and treatment sessions.
• Manage patients referred through local medical practitioners and allied health networks.
• Work collaboratively with our coaching team to deliver integrated client outcomes.
• Develop individualised exercise programs for a wide range of presentations.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and referring practitioners.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and professional standards.
• Contribute to the continued growth of our Exercise Physiology service.

Additional Coaching Opportunities For EPs who enjoy coaching, there is also the opportunity to instruct our small-group training classes for additional income. Our coaches deliver structured 45-minute sessions across our signature training formats, including:

• Strength Training
• Athletic Performance
• Mobility & Recovery
• Full onboarding and training into the PitFit coaching systems will be provided. Coaching classes are optional and paid separately from your Exercise Physiology work.
