Job summary

Phytness HealthCare in Fairy Meadow, NSW, is seeking Accredited Exercise Physiologists to join our multi-disciplinary team. New graduates and experienced EPs are welcome, with opportunities to work in-clinic and in clients' homes, delivering exercise programs and falls prevention, using Medicare CDM, DVA, NDIS and private funding.

You’ll collaborate with 5 EPs, 15 Physiotherapists and other health professionals in a supportive, educational environment, with CPD support and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA.
• New graduates and experienced EPs welcome to apply.
• Confident, friendly communicator who enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities.
• Current driver’s licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group exercise programs in clinic and clients' homes.
• Work with a varied caseload: chronic disease management, musculoskeletal rehab, falls prevention, healthy ageing.
• See clients funded through Medicare CDM, DVA, NDIS, workers compensation, CTP, Support at Home, CHSP and private health.
• Write clear, timely reports and communicate with referrers.
• Help run group classes / strength and balance programs / Pilates.

Phytness HealthCare has been part of the Wollongong community since 2004. We're one of the region's leading multidisciplinary practices, and we're looking for an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team at our Fairy Meadow clinic.

Genuine collaboration. You'll co-manage clients with physios and doctors, take referrals from within the practice and talk through cases with colleagues across disciplines.

A steady caseload. Referrals come in from our own clinicians as well as from local GPs and specialists.

Well-equipped facilities. Gym / rehab space / Pilates studio / hydrotherapy access

Peer support. You'll be part of an experienced EP team that shares knowledge and supports each other.
