Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions’ Batemans Bay clinic is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to manage a varied caseload across musculoskeletal rehabilitation and NDIS disability supports. Your role is shaped by your interests, not fixed rotations.

You will conduct assessments, develop tailored exercise programs, and collaborate with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and other specialists to maximise client outcomes. On-site clinic with a fully equipped rehab gym.

Qualifications

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with ESSA status required.
• Minimum 2 years' NDIS experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle; Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored exercise programs.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions that improve health, function and independence.
• Support clients to achieve meaningful physical, social and lifestyle goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to maximise client outcomes.
• Maintain clinical documentation and reporting requirements.
