Job summary

Enriching Health in South West Sydney is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join a close-knit clinic inside the BCHP gym. Full-time, part-time or contracting options are available, with a varied caseload from day one and 25–30 face-to-face hours per week.

You'll assess clients, design individualized rehab programs for MSK, chronic conditions and ONERO bone-health, track progress and collaborate with our EP team and physiotherapist. Expect mentoring and ongoing CPD in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• ESSA accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist (AEP) is essential.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification are essential.
• Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Run comprehensive initial assessments of fitness, function and rehab needs.
• Design and deliver personalised exercise programs across MSK and chronic conditions.
• Support postpartum strength programs alongside the team.
• Track progress and adjust programs as clients improve.
• Teach technique, injury prevention and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Collaborate with physiotherapist and EP team for joined-up care.
• Maintain clear clinical notes and communicate with clients and families.
• Pursue CPD and stay current with evidence.
