Job summary

Northern Beaches Health and Performance – Cromer NSW is seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join a growing multidisciplinary private practice focused on musculoskeletal rehabilitation. You will work with a team of Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists and Dietitians to support clients in improving strength, movement and quality of life.

Full time and part time roles are available for the right candidate, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in a clinical setting.
Passionate about musculoskeletal rehabilitation and exercise-based care.
Confident working independently while enjoying a team environment.
Strong communicator who builds genuine relationships with clients.
Evidence-based, motivated and committed to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive exercise assessments and develop individualised exercise programs.
Deliver evidence-based exercise rehabilitation for a range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
Work collaboratively with physiotherapists and dietitians to provide holistic, client-centred care.
Support clients through their rehabilitation journey, from pain and injury to improved strength and function.
Provide education and guidance to help clients build sustainable exercise habits.
Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and communication with referrers and other health professionals.
