Enhance Move Perform is a private Exercise Physiology clinic located in Caringbah, Sydney, NSW. We’re seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join our team and support a varied caseload across musculoskeletal rehab and strength and conditioning.

The role offers a full-time, 38-hour week with a choice of 4 or 5 days, flexible scheduling and protected non-clinical time for mentoring and professional development. You’ll work in a fully equipped private gym with Pilates/reformer space and VALD

Responsibilities

• Manage an established and varied caseload.
• Conduct 1:1 and semi-private sessions (max 3 clients).
• Work a 38-hour week across 4 or 5 days.
• Protect non-clinical time for development.
• Receive ongoing mentoring and professional development.
• Clinical autonomy and opportunity to develop interests.
• Access a fully equipped private gym, Pilates/reformer space and VALD technology.
