Job summary

Kieser Australia is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to design and supervise tailored exercise programs for clients with diverse health needs, from injury recovery to chronic conditions. You will collaborate with Physiotherapists and Exercise Scientists to deliver evidence-based, outcome-driven care in a supportive clinic network.

Qualifications

• ESSA- recognised degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology required.
• Current ESSA registration is mandatory.
• Valid Australian working rights to be employed in Australia.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• NDIS Worker Screening & Working with Children Check required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Physiotherapists and Exercise Scientists to deliver exercise-led care.
• Create personalised exercise plans to aid recovery, prevention and lifelong strength.
• Perform physiological assessments (body composition, BP, oxygen saturation) and use data to guide decisions.
• Use strength testing and client feedback to optimise treatment plans.
• Build connections with local Allied Health professionals and integrate into the community.
• Manage your own caseload of individual and group sessions to maximise outcomes.
• Deliver care that reflects Kieser’s commitment to quality and innovation.
