Job summary
Omnia Community Health is seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to deliver assessments and evidence-based interventions for adults with chronic health conditions and disability. You will run individual and group exercise programs, provide health education, and contribute to capacity-building initiatives within a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires ESSA accreditation, compliance checks, and a current Victorian driver’s licence, with the ability to work on-site across our regional
Qualifications
- Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA accreditation.
- Current National Criminal History Check, NDIS Work Screening, Working with Children’s Check.
- Evidence of right to work in Australia and Victorian Driver’s Licence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive assessment and evidence-based intervention services for adults with diverse needs.
- Support clients to achieve functional goals through individual and group exercise programs, health education and capacity-building.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support person-centred care and continuous quality improvement.
