Based out of our new Waurn Ponds community hub, you will deliver home-based Exercise Physiology services in the Wider Geelong region for clients aged 65+ accessing services through their Support at Home (SAH) package. The role focuses on strengths-based, goal-directed interventions that maximise independence.
This is an ongoing permanent position, including family‑friendly hours and varied working days.
You will receive regular one‑to‑one supervision and support from our Practice Lead. You’ll also be supported by a large team of Exercise Physiologists, the Allied Health scheduling team, the Operations Manager, and local on‑site staff.
We provide general support and generous financial reimbursement for professional development to help you build skills in your areas of interest.
You are an Exercise Physiologist with strong clinical skills, a client‑centred approach, and a commitment to continuous learning and best practice. You are motivated to deliver high-quality care, adapt to changing client needs, and contribute to a positive team culture. You value evidence-based practice, seek feedback to improve your work, and are dedicated to supporting older adults to achieve their goals and maintain independence.
