Uniting AgeWell is seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to deliver home-based services in the Wider Geelong region for clients aged 65+. The role focuses on strengths-based, goal-directed interventions that maximise independence.

Based out of Waurn Ponds, the position offers family-friendly hours and ongoing supervision from our Practice Lead. You will work within a supportive team of Exercise Physiologists and scheduling staff, with access to professional development and a responsive

Qualifications

• ESSA accreditation and recognised tertiary degree in Exercise Physiology.
• Experience delivering Exercise Physiology in Community Aged Care.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home-based Exercise Physiology services in the Wider Geelong region.
• Provide strengths-based, goal-directed interventions to maximize independence.
• Receive supervision from Practice Lead and collaborate with the team.
