Job summary

SA Health seeks an Associate Director- Technology, Cyber Security & AI to lead cyber security, digital strategy and AI adoption across SALHN. Based in Adelaide's south, you will influence executive decisions to protect health infrastructure and drive responsible use of emerging technologies for improved patient care.

• Proven ability to provide strategic leadership and direction in technology initiatives.
• Experience planning and implementing cyber security and AI strategies in regulated health environments.
• Strong leadership skills to guide senior teams through change and digital transformation.
• Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver innovative, business-focused solutions.
• Experience managing ICT infrastructure and digital health systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the SALHN Technology Strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead the uplift of SALHN's Cyber Security Maturity with governance and advanced security measures.
• Shape and implement SALHN's AI Framework and Strategy to enable patient outcomes.
• Develop and oversee SALHN's cyber security roadmap in line with SA Health standards.
• Lead risk management and audits for technology and digital health projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to mitigate cyber threats.
