Job summary

Luvo Talent is seeking an Executive Director of Technology to lead a major SAP S/4HANA/Finance modernization program and broader technology portfolio. You will govern and drive enterprise delivery across systems integrators, vendors and internal teams, translating strategy into value across a complex enterprise environment.

You will lead diverse technology groups, champion risk and governance, and partner with senior leadership to shape the technology roadmap and ensure sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience with large-scale ERP and Finance transformations.
• Proven governance of SAP implementations with systems integrators and partners.
• Executive leadership of large, diverse technology teams.
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive technology leadership across a major SAP S/4HANA / Finance Modernisation transformation.
• Lead major system modernisation and enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
• Provide governance across complex ERP transformation and implementation.
• Collaborate with SAP implementation partners, SI firms, vendors and internal tech teams.
• Set strategic direction across a portfolio of technology projects and priorities.
• Ensure transformations transition into stable, secure and sustainable operations.
• Deliver contemporary, reliable and highly available technology solutions.
• Lead and develop diverse technology teams with a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with senior executives, customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain governance across budgets, resources and vendor relationships.
• Oversee assurance, audit, risk and technology performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across technology delivery and operations.
