Job summary

Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) in NSW seeks an organised Executive Support Officer to provide admin, project and coordination support for Aboriginal-focused initiatives across NSW.

You will support meetings, travel, reports and stakeholder engagement while maintaining databases and helping drive continuous improvement in processes. Aboriginal identity is a genuine aspect of the role.

  • Aboriginal Identified role in Aboriginal Strategy, Policy and Engagement

  • Temporary Full-Time opportunity up to 6 months with possibility of extension
  • NSW Office located in Paramatta, other locations considered upon application. Flexible working supported
  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $102,936 to $113,579 plus super

The role

We are looking for an organised and motivated Executive Support Officer to join our deadly team.

In this role, you will provide administrative, project and coordination support to help deliver important initiatives that benefit Aboriginal communities and stakeholders across NSW.
