Job summary

Walgett Community College seeks an Executive Principal to lead across the new multi-stage school model (P-4, 5-8, 9-12) and drive high standards in teaching and learning. You will partner with families, Elders and agencies to support Aboriginal students and implement the Connected Communities strategy, ensuring culturally safe, high-expectation learning environments.

Success will require strategic planning, inclusive leadership, and the ability to mobilise resources and staff to deliver improved
