Western Sydney University, Parramatta South campus, invites applications for an experienced Executive Portfolio Officer to support the General Counsel and University Secretary.

You will manage executive diaries, travel, correspondence and reports; coordinate governance activities; prepare papers for boards and committees; and liaise with senior leaders and external partners, ensuring discretion and timely delivery.

Formación

• Experience in executive support, governance or project coordination.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Strong written communication and committee documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and diverse groups.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate executive diaries, correspondence, travel and workflows.
• Prepare executive, Board and committee papers and reports.
• Coordinate strategic and operational projects with clear actions.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exercise sound judgement and discretion with confidential information.
