Job summary

Ignite is seeking an EL1 Program Reporting Specialist to support integrated program reporting across multiple workstreams and delivery areas in Canberra. You will consolidate complex delivery, regulatory and technology information into clear, timely reporting products for program oversight and senior decision-making.

You will develop executive dashboards, scorecards and governance materials, monitor performance against plans, and work with delivery teams to ensure reporting reflects true status.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program, PMO or portfolio reporting on large government programs.
• Experience developing executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret delivery, risk, dependency and performance data.
• Experience preparing reports and briefings for senior executive governance forums.
• Experience in regulated government environments including governance, assurance and audit requirements.
• Advanced skills in Excel, DevOps, Power BI and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated program reporting frameworks, templates and standards.
• Coordinate, validate and consolidate reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Produce weekly, fortnightly, monthly and ad hoc program reports.
• Develop executive dashboards, performance scorecards and reporting products.
• Monitor program performance against plans, milestones and objectives.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, issues, dependencies and emerging concerns.
• Prepare executive reports, briefings, presentations and governance materials.
• Maintain reporting across risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and key decisions.
• Support benefits tracking, milestone reporting, assurance activities and audits.
• Work with delivery teams to ensure reporting accurately reflects program status.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, dashboards and data visualisation.
• Contribute to PMO reporting capability and continuous improvement.
