Carers NSW invites an Executive Manager to provide senior leadership across policy, development and research functions. The Executive Manager, Policy, Development & Research provides senior strategic leadership across Carers NSW's policy, research and program development functions and is a key advisor to the CEO and member of the Executive Management team. This role shapes Carers NSW's policy positions and research agenda, builds government and sector relationships at the highest level, and drives the development, funding and delivery of programs, initiatives and statewide projects. This role contributes directly to Carers NSW's Strategic Direction across all pillars of the Business Plan.
This is a fixed term contract position, offering 4 days per week, to 30 June 2027.

The Salary is approx. $116K-$128K per annum + super for 4 days per week (FTE $145K-$160K). Additional benefits include salary sacrificing benefits, flexible work arrangements, a highly supportive team environment, excellent training and development opportunities and health and wellbeing activities.
