Job summary

nbn is seeking an Executive Manager, Performance & Culture, reporting to the General Manager Organisational Development, to lead the development and delivery of the organisation's performance and culture strategy at enterprise level.

You will shape leadership practices, align goals with business priorities, provide governance and executive insights, and partner with senior leaders to drive sustainable change and strengthen nbm's reputation as an employer of choice.

• You are a strategic and collaborative organisational development leader with extensive experience shaping culture, performance and employee experience within large, complex commercial environments.
• With proven experience leading organisational development teams, you bring deep expertise in developing enterprise-wide strategies and influencing executive stakeholders to deliver meaningful organisational outcomes.
• You combine commercial acumen with a genuine passion for people, creating environments where individuals and teams can thrive.

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an Executive Manager Performance & Culture reporting to General Manager Organisational Development.

A bit about your role

As the Executive Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of nbn’s organisational development strategy across Performance and Culture. Working at an enterprise level, you will shape the systems, leadership practices and cultural conditions that enable high performance. You will connect business drivers and enterprise priorities to nbn’s performance system, translating them into aligned goals, clear accountability and stronger business outcomes.

Through employee listening, workforce insights, external benchmarks and market intelligence, you will identify emerging workforce and cultural trends, generating actionable insights that inform decision making and strengthen organisational performance and readiness. You will also provide governance, and executive reporting, including Board and Executive-level insights and recommendations on culture, performance, employee engagement and reputation outcomes. You will partner closely with senior leaders to influence decision-making, drive sustainable change and deliver outcomes that strengthen nbn’s reputation as an employer of choice .
