Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Commercial Disputes Legal Secretary.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience with legal document management and practice management systems.
Ideally have Aderant Expert or similar billing and time recording platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Managing complex diaries, meetings and appointments
Coordinating travel, reservations and business commitments
Monitoring and managing email correspondence
Drafting, formatting and amending legal documents, letters and presentations
Supporting monthly billing, timesheet management and invoice preparation
Conducting company, property and related searches using external search platforms
Assisting with due diligence and matter administration
Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Maintaining electronic and hard-copy filing systems
Managing the collection of overdue invoices
Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the practice
