Job summary

WA Football Commission is seeking an Executive Manager - Performance Pathways & Development to lead WA's talent identification and development strategy. You will drive high-performance hubs, coordinate pathway programs across Colts and Rogers Cup, and oversee technology-enabled evaluation of athlete progress.

You will partner with coaches, clubs and government stakeholders to deliver equitable opportunities for boys and girls in Australian rules football across Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Executive-level understanding of AFL/AFLW talent systems, structures and high-performance environments.
• Ability to translate technical insight into strategy, investment priorities and outcomes.
• Experience leading data analytics, talent platforms and performance monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent identification and development pathways across WA to optimise outcomes.
• Oversee academy programs and high-performance hubs, driving wellbeing and retention.
• Promote coach development and leverage technology to grow WA pathways and drafting.
• Engage with coaches, athletes and external stakeholders at executive level.
