Job summary

Lifestart Disability Services Ltd. is seeking a General Manager to lead the NDIS Early Childhood Approach across five NSW regions on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will report to the CEO and guide an experienced leadership team, aligning strategy with delivery and performance outcomes to improve outcomes for children and families. Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in disability/NDIS sector preferred.
• Strong understanding of NDIA requirements and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Early Childhood Approach.
• Coach and develop five Service Area Managers and leadership team.
• Drive performance against contractual requirements and governance standards.
• Guide organisational change and reform adoption within NDIS environment.
• Oversee budgets, workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Build strategic relationships with NDIA and sector stakeholders.
