Job summary

Cumberland City Council is seeking an Executive Manager Facilities, Depots and Aquatic Centres to lead and oversee Recreation Asset Management and Buildings and Depot Services. You will drive service delivery, steer significant maintenance programs and manage large budgets to support community outcomes.

The role requires senior leadership experience, advanced communication skills and a commitment to high-quality service delivery within a dynamic NSW council environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in operational management, facility management, recreation services or a related discipline.
• Significant leadership skills and experience at a senior level.
• Experience in the effective management of maintenance programs.
• Budget planning and robust forward planning for projects.
• Strong communication and computer literacy in a service-based environment.
