Job summary

Commonwealth Private, part of the Commonwealth Bank Group, seeks an Executive Manager, Lending Solutions to lead a national team delivering complex lending outcomes for high-net-worth clients. You will partner with Banking, Credit Risk and Operations to structure bespoke solutions, navigate risk, and scale execution.

You will drive transformation, build capability and influence senior stakeholders across Private Banking and Risk, delivering exceptional client outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a national team of lending specialists who support complex and bespoke lending transactions across Private Banking.
• Partnering with bankers, credit and risk teams to structure and execute sophisticated lending solutions for high-net-worth clients.
• Providing strategic oversight and direction for complex lending scenarios, balancing customer needs, commercial outcomes and risk considerations.
• Building a high-performance culture focused on technical excellence, accountability and customer outcomes.
• Driving productivity, quality and operational excellence across the lending value chain.
• Leading change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the client and employee experience.
• Influencing senior stakeholders across Private Banking, Risk, Credit, Operations and the broader Group.
