You will influence decisions across Unsecured Personal Loans and CommBank AdvancePay, balancing customer value with risk and regulatory requirements and leading cross-functional teams in a high‑growth digital banking environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated product leadership experience in lending, consumer credit or personal lending.
• Strong understanding of lending products, customer needs and regulatory environment.
• Experience developing product strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to use insights to shape direction and investment decisions.
• Strong governance, risk, and controls in product stewardship activities.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the strategy, roadmap and priorities for Everyday Lending products.
• Lead the ongoing management of Unsecured Personal Loans and CommBank AdvancePay.
• Use customer, lending, market and performance insights to identify opportunities improving outcomes.
• Balance customer needs, commercial outcomes, risk appetite and regulatory obligations in product decisions.
• Drive shared priorities across Consumer Lending by partnering across squads and functions.
• Lead cross-functional squads and foster accountability, customer obsession and continuous improvement.
• Ensure products operate safely, sustainably and in line with risk appetite and obligations.
• Champion product governance and strong risk management across the lifecycle.
