NAISDA, based on Darkinjung Country at Mount Penang, Kariong on NSW's Central Coast, invites applications for Head of Teaching and Learning. You will lead a broad education portfolio, guiding curriculum, quality, wellbeing and capability to deliver Indigenous-centred, outstanding student outcomes.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, drive budgeting and continuous improvement, and represent NAISDA externally with communities, industry and government partners.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large education portfolios
• Strategic planning and execution
• Strong governance, quality assurance and compliance
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and develop leaders
• Experience managing operational budgets and resources
• Commitment to Indigenous knowledge and cultural education

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for NAISDA's education portfolio
• Oversee delivery of nationally accredited education, quality and compliance
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Practice Leads, Managers and professionals
• Oversee planning, budgeting, resource management and continuous improvement
• Enhance student experience through effective educational practice and culture-driven learning
• Represent the organisation externally and build partnerships across community and government
