Job summary

Digital Canberra in Canberra is seeking a Senior Director HCSD Digital Services to lead customer and operational relationships for the Health and Community Services Directorate. The role provides leadership and oversight of Digital Canberra teams and ICT operations supporting HCSD’s Housing and Community Services systems and services, ensuring alignment with HCSD priorities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior leadership in complex ICT environments.
• Strong customer and stakeholder engagement and influence at executive level.
• Experience with ICT governance, service management and risk/issue handling.
• Knowledge of ITIL or equivalent governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT operations and digital services for HCSD under Digital Canberra.
• Oversee governance, performance, risks, dependencies and improvements.
• Coordinate across Digital Canberra to align services with HCSD business needs.
• Engage HCSD executives and business areas to maintain strong partnerships.
