Job summary

Westpac in Perth, WA is seeking a State Manager Home Lending for Commercial, SME and Small Business to lead and inspire a team of Home Lending Managers across Western Australia. Based in Perth/Boornloo Noongar Country, this full-time role unites business banking and home lending to deliver a seamless customer experience from initial contact to settlement.

You will build partnerships with Commercial, SME and Small Business bankers, develop capability, simplify processes and strengthen connections

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing high performing relationship based teams.
• Strong home lending knowledge with understanding of Commercial, SME and Small Business customers.
• Ability to build partnerships across business banking, lending, credit and operations.
• Sound judgement across lending, credit, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Customer-focused approach turning insights into practical improvements.

Responsibilities
