Sport Integrity Australia invites applications for the role of Assistant Director, Intelligence - Executive Level 1. The role leads the intelligence function to deliver high-quality outputs supporting anti-doping operations, enforcement and policy direction.

The appointee will mentor staff, coordinate cross-agency collaboration nationally and internationally, and drive continuous improvement in intelligence governance and processes, while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective resource

Formación

• Operational intelligence experience in anti-doping or sports integrity context.
• Ability to coordinate intelligence operations and projects.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching staff; strong leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Experience developing, adapting and implementing processes and procedures.
• Qualifications in intelligence or a related discipline (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Direct the intelligence team in collection, analysis and production of outputs.
• Mentor and lead intelligence staff and multi-disciplinary teams; manage priorities and resources.
• Direct intelligence-related support to investigative activity.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Provide analysis and influential recommendations for anti-doping operations and policy direction.
• Coordinate resources and manage timelines and budgets.
• Maintain compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
