Job summary

Ozone Hospitality Services – Melbourne VIC is seeking an Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operation in Melbourne CBD. You will be hands-on, KPI-driven and responsible for maintaining top standards across rooms and public areas.

You will coach and develop a team, set priorities, monitor KPIs, and work with other departments to resolve issues quickly. This is a growth-focused role with opportunities across sites and a clear path to progression.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating the housekeeping team.
• Setting daily priorities and keeping the team on track.
• Training, coaching and developing team members.
• Checking rooms and public areas to ensure standards are consistently met.
• Monitoring KPIs, productivity and guest feedback.
• Managing stock, supplies and equipment.
• Working with other departments to resolve issues quickly.
• Handling guest concerns professionally.
• Identifying better, smarter and more efficient ways of working.
• Maintaining accountability while creating a positive team environment.
• Stepping in when things get busy and leading by example.
