ahs hospitality is an Australian hospitality services provider and a leader in outsourced housekeeping management. We seek an Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead a team in Melbourne’s CBD, ensuring on-time room delivery and high service standards.

You will drive daily tasks, coach staff, manage rostering, safety, and budgeting while maintaining a guest-focused, compliant operation in a dynamic hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Setting up the key tasks for you and the team.
• Team briefings to conquer the challenges ahead.
• Work with the hotel leadership team on short and long term quality metrics.
• Delivery of rooms to the hotel on time for guest arrival.
• Keep in touch with the team and provide resourcing as required.
• Administration relating to Health and Safety, billing and rostering.
• Ensure guests are serviced with a smile.
• Hand over effectively to the team.
