Job summary

Adbri Concrete & Quarries SA/NT seeks a senior General Manager to lead the Concrete & Aggregates business across South Australia and the Northern Territory. The role drives strategic growth, operational excellence and commercial performance across a large, diverse portfolio.

You will lead Concrete & Despatch Operations, Transport, Quarry Operations, Sales and Technical teams, shaping strategy, driving cost efficiency and capital discipline while building strong customer and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 15+ years of P&L leadership in capital-intensive manufacturing, heavy building materials, mining, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Strong capability in strategic, operational, safety, and commercial leadership across large, dispersed teams.
• Experience leading or supporting business integrations, divestments, mergers, or acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture, empower teams to identify hazards and drive improvements.
• Oversee Concrete & Despatch Operations, Transport, Quarry Operations, Sales and Technical teams.
• Drive pricing, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for profitability and capital discipline.
• Strengthen market presence and develop strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
