Job summary

Quantium is seeking a Senior FP&A and Reporting Analyst to drive accurate and timely financial and management reporting for the Quantium Group globally. You will partner with the FP&A, Group Reporting, and Commercial Finance teams to deliver monthly results, OPEX insights, CFO reporting, and quarterly forecasts.

Responsibilities include leading month-end close, annual budgeting, and continuous FP&A improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in a similar FP&A or financial analysis role.
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities in finance and management accounting.
• Experience with financial planning tools like Anaplan.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage complex data sets.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.

• Monitor financial performance and provide analysis including risks, insights, and recommendations.
• Contribute to finance projects and work with the finance transformation team to implement changes.

The Senior FP&A and Reporting Analyst will drive the accurate and timely creation and delivery of financial and management reporting for the Quantium Group globally. The role will work collaboratively with the FP&A and Group Reporting team, the Commercial Finance team, and broader finance.

Specifically, the role will cover month-end results, OPEX, CFO reporting, Business Reviews, Business Unit reporting, Quarterly forecasting, driving the annual budgeting process and driving continuous improvement in FP&A.
