The Catholic Archdiocese of Adelaide seeks an exceptional executive to serve as Diocesan Financial Administrator (DFA). Reporting to the Archbishop, you will guide strategic financial management, insurance, risk, payroll and property across a large Catholic community and multiple agencies in South Australia.

You will bring a CA/CPA qualification with extensive senior leadership experience, delivering trusted advice and building high-performing teams within a values-led environment.

Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualification and CA/CPA qualifications are essential.
• At least 10 years' senior management experience.
• Experience working closely with a CEO or equivalent senior leader and influencing across governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic financial management, insurance, risk management and payroll for the Archdiocese and agencies.
• Oversee the Archdiocesan Financial Services Office and CDF to deliver high-quality financial services across parishes.
• Provide strategic, commercially informed advice on property, asset matters, financial planning and governance.
