Job summary

Huon Aquaculture, a Tasmanian leader in salmon production and part of JBS, is seeking an accomplished General Manager Finance to join the Executive Leadership Team in Hobart. You will lead finance, commercial, contracts and procurement, shaping strategy and driving performance across the business.

You will bring senior finance experience, a commercial mindset, and deep understanding of biological assets, governance and risk, with a passion for innovation and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
• Partner with leaders to improve profitability and identify opportunities

• Oversee governance, controls, reporting and risk management
• Champion innovation in systems, AI, automation and ERP optimisation
