Job summary
Stripe is seeking a Sales Manager for Enterprise in Sydney, Australia, to lead a high-performing team and drive new business growth. You will recruit, coach, and scale the enterprise sales function across the APAC region, partnering with Product and other sales teams to shape solutions and win large customers.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Demonstrated enterprise life-cycle sales experience in the ANZ/AU-NZ region.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop and lead a team of enterprise sales professionals in the Enterprise segment.
- Develop and execute long-term vision and strategy for the team with focus on key metrics.
- Increase revenue and acquire new clients at a high growth rate.
- Coach team in consultative and solution-based sales across the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships up to C-level.
- Inspire and develop the team for career growth and impact for Stripe.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape Stripe products and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Work with Product and other Sales teams globally in APAC.
