• Lead across operations, workforce, financial performance, safeguarding, practice quality, governance and regulatory assurance.
• Hold statutory and organisational accountability for Anglicare’s out‑of‑home care services and ensure safe, high‑quality, trauma‑informed support.
• Develop constructive relationships with government, regulators and sector partners to support commissioning and contract renewal opportunities.
• Drive governance, practice, compliance and service delivery reforms across the portfolio.
