Advanced business acumen, systems thinking and digital capability.
Expertise in data governance, analytics, operational excellence and process improvement.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in higher education, philanthropy, advancement or member-based organisations is highly regarded.
