Job summary

Lane Cove Council is seeking a Director Operations to lead the Operations Directorate, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for facilities and asset management, open space, civic services, traffic and capital projects.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage five direct reports, shape long-term asset planning and deliver a capital program while ensuring safety, efficiency and community-focused outcomes for Lane Cove residents.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Operations Directorate.
• Oversees facilities and asset management, open space, sport and recreation facilities, civic services, traffic and transport, capital project delivery and the property portfolio.
• Leads five direct reports and manages long-term asset management planning and the capital program.
