Job summary

Triple Zero Victoria seeks an Executive Director Digital Transformation to lead TZV’s Next Generation CAD program from strategy through delivery. You will oversee a large, multi‑vendor program spanning software, hardware, infrastructure and network delivery, owning scope, budget, quality, risk and benefits within the DTF High Value High Risk framework.

• Proven ability to deliver large-scale public sector technology programs.
• Experience managing multi-vendor, mission-critical systems.
• Strong financial, vendor negotiations and commercial acumen.

• Ability to engage central agencies and executive peers with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of TZV Next Generation CAD program across software, hardware, infrastructure and network.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and benefits within the High Value High Risk framework.
• Provide strategic thought leadership to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team; drive governance and escalation.
• Plan and oversee transition to sustainable operational capability, integrating technical delivery with operations and workforce readiness.
