Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director, Digital will provide enterprise leadership across digital health, information technology, analytics, evidence and insights, and information management.

Qualifications

Executive leadership experience in digital, technology, data or transformation within large complex organisations.
Strong stakeholder engagement with executive and board-level audiences.
Experience in healthcare, government or highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead CALHN's Digital Directorate delivering a strategic, integrated, high-performing digital environment.
Oversee digital strategy, ICT operations, cyber security, enterprise systems, analytics, business intelligence, evidence and insights, information governance and records management.
Lead major digital programs, drive adoption of innovative technologies, enhance data-driven decision making, ensure secure, accessible information governance.
Foster strategic partnerships with government, academia and industry to advance digital health capability and innovation.
