University of Sydney is seeking an Executive Director, Digital Engagement to join the ICT Leadership Team. This full-time, fixed-term role focuses on shaping ICT strategy, overseeing partnerships with the broader University, and driving client-centric initiatives.
The role requires extensive leadership experience in ICT, strategic planning and portfolio management, with oversight of budgets and senior stakeholder engagement across faculties and PSUs.
The Executive Director, Digital Engagement is part of the ICT Leadership Team which is responsible for the development of the University’s ICT strategy, plans and roadmaps. The Executive Director, Digital Engagement is responsible for overseeing ICT partnerships with the broader University and driving a focus on client-centricity.
As a member of the ICT Leadership Team, this role will provide apply extensive management and professional expertise, skills and knowledge to contribute effectively to the development of the ICT Strategy, ensuring alignment with the University’s objectives and needs. As an Executive Director, this role is required make high-level strategic and operational decisions, understanding related implications, risks and opportunities. The role will provide strategic leadership, direction and oversight to the Digital Engagement function and collaborate closely and frequently with senior leadership across the ICT department as well as key University stakeholders
